We are now renting out our lovely and well-planned 44 sqm apartment. We really enjoy both the home and the surrounding area, but as our family has grown, we have unfortunately outgrown it. We are now looking for a tenant who will appreciate the location as much as we have! We are looking for someone who wants to stay for a slightly longer period and therefore require a rental period of at least one year. The apartment is located high up in the building and offers fantastic lighting, a nice view, and a charming French balcony. Because it is so high up, it is also completely private. In the staircase, there are two elevators (one large and one smaller), making it very convenient when you need to move in or have a lot to carry. It’s only a stone's throw to Jakobsberg's Center, the train station, and excellent bus connections. In addition, you have IKEA and the entire large shopping area around Barkarby with all kinds of stores very close by. This is the perfect apartment for you who are looking for comfortable, stylish living where you can just move in and start enjoying.
