A room for rent in a slightly too large apartment. The bedroom is nicely located to the side with its own small toilet. North-facing windows and the coolest room in the apartment. Otherwise, it's just me living here, and every other week, my two sons, aged 7 and 10 years. Possibly, the room by the living room can also be rented out periodically. This is the warmest room in the apartment, at least in the summer. Very close to the university and hospital. Rented unfurnished, at least for the time being.
