A well-maintained one-bedroom-through apartment (approx. 48m2) on the second (top) floor in a wooden house built in 1890 with a good location, in the center, close to services, the beach, and tennis courts. The apartment has a living room, a spacious equipped kitchen with a dining set, a bathroom, 2 sleeping alcoves; one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed about 110 cm wide, both alcoves have sliding doors. The well-sized and cozy toilet/bathroom has a shower and underfloor heating. The shared yard area has a shared dining set and a small terrace for the entrance. The company has a sauna, which can be reserved for an additional fee if available. From September to April, rentals are primarily monthly (furnished). The maximum number of people is 2. The rent includes a water fee, for rentals over a month electricity is charged afterwards based on consumption (usage electricity/appliances/bathroom underfloor heating). Parking spaces on Ratakatu near the apartment. Smoking and organizing parties are prohibited in the apartment. Pets are generally not allowed, but a small dog can be negotiable. Dogs have been in the apartment, so it is not allergy-friendly. Home insurance is required.
