The apartment is located in a small centrally located building, within walking distance to Djäkneberget. It is a very quiet accommodation. Our current tenant is moving back to Gotland, so we now have an empty apartment available. Our other tenants are very calm, secure, and easy to deal with. The apartment is a recently converted attic space, with high ceilings. Everything is of very good standard. It has a substantial walk-in closet and a spacious kitchen. Everything is included in the rent, except for the internet.
