Hello, I want to rent out a room in my apartment which is a 4-bedroom apartment of 93 square meters starting from 01/08/2026. I have had students in my apartment and they enjoy their time living with me. In the apartment, there are two toilets and we will share the kitchen and bathroom. The rent is 5000 kr and you will pay the rent + deposit, and you will get the deposit back when you move out if there is no damage in the room. The rent includes internet, electricity, and home insurance. The apartment is close to the bus station, ICA store, and it takes 5 minutes to the central station by bus and 10 minutes to Uppsala University.
