There's a garage with space for a car, partially furnished with shelves, workbenches, etc. In the vicinity, there are schools, preschools, playgrounds, a sports area, and a convenience store. The nearest shopping area is ICA Maxi and Port 73, which can be reached in 5 minutes by car (15 minutes by bike). It's 5 minutes to the bus stop via Trollbäcken and 10 minutes to the bus stop with direct buses to Gullmarsplan and Stockholm City during rush hour. The rent includes waste collection and home insurance. Operating costs in the form of electricity, water, internet/TV are the responsibility of the tenant. The tenant needs home insurance.
