Own room in large 2-room apartment (82sqm) with high ceilings in a beautiful turn-of-the-century building in the middle of Linné. The apartment is located at Prinsgatan stop with proximity to everything you could want to reach. Easy to get everywhere and most things are within walking distance. The apartment is fresh and nice, with high ceilings, large windows, nice view and marble countertops in kitchen and bathroom. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The apartment has a very large kitchen with a kitchen island that can be used both as a kitchen and living room. The kitchen is located between the living room (my room) and the bedroom (the room to be rented out) so the layout works well for shared accommodation. I usually work 9-19 on weekdays. The room is rented out furnished with bed, desk, bedside table and armchair/sofa - can be adapted for the tenant. The move-in date is somewhat flexible, possible from 22 August, but also 1 September would work. Electricity, water, broadband are included in the rent.
