Large house with a sea view, parking for many cars, enclosed veranda. Close to both school and preschool in Ytter Harnäs/Furuvik. The train from Furuvik station takes 7 minutes to Gävle. There are 5 larger bedrooms, 3 small rooms with windows that can fit a bed. Large living room. 2 bathrooms. Heating: 2 wood stoves, an insert and two tiled stoves. An air/air unit that provides both cooling and heating and direct electric heaters. Costs for electricity, water, sewage, garbage collection, and fiber are not included but are paid based on consumption. We, the landlords, use the villa as a summer house from mid-June to mid-August. But it can possibly be discussed. NOTE! Absolutely no smoking is allowed. Write and tell us about yourself and who will live in the house. :-)
