FROM 1st of OCTOBER: ROOM IN VILLA - CLOSE TO BUS STOP / from 24m TO GÖTEBORG / 20m TO VOLVO & LINDHOLMEN / BUS SERVICE AROUND THE CLOCK / FOR 1 PERSON Please read ALL text! 👇🙂‍ Calm nice ROOM for 1 person (+shared areas as kitchen and WC) in a villa located in a typical Swedish nice residential area. About 11 km from the Göteborg center but GOOD communications and really calm neighborhood. ROOM INFO The size of the room is about 12,5 m² and is located in the basement with bright feeling in the room since there is a normal sized window. Good sound isolation and calm relative to our family. The room has basic furnishing with bed, bureau, chair, table and a sofa. The rent includes, water, WiFi. Electricity, including heating, is paid separately and varies over the year from 200 to 450 SEK/month (generic calculated based on villa energy prices). Access to use the following common areas in the rest of the house: - Kitchen for cooking including storage space (a spacel in a kitchen cabinet and level in the fridge and freezer) - Toilet with shower. (In order for it to flow well during time-critical parts of the day we communicate about when longer sessions in shower and kitchen is needed.) - Laundry room. - Sun deck in the very pleasant garden. - PARKING is possible to rent for some extra fee. We are using Blocket+Casa's system for handling rent and contract which means security for both parties. ABOUT THE SURROUNDINGS: - Close proximity (400 m) to bus stop with frequent public transport. Buses run around the clock = good communications. Our bus stop is Nordhagsvägen (check travel times at the site/app of Vasttrafik). - Possible to go by bicycle in to Gothenburg in about 40 minutes if you want exercise. - There is a countryside characteristic in the area of Torslanda/Amhult meaning not far from the villa you find farms, forests and a typical west coast cliff coastline (about 3 km distance to that). - The closest surrounding neighborhood is a typical Swedish nice residential style; calm and picturesque. - There are two areas with shops including grocery stores nearby. Approximately 900 m distance to both. - The ferry to the archipelago is about 4 km away. - Just a few minutes away by foot or bike there is a huge forest area with tons of trails for mtb/walking/running. ABOUT US: We are a couple (native Swedes) with a young adult daughter. ABOUT YOU: Serious and responsible; many of our tenants has been higher student or in an "ambitious work path". Respectful concerning sound levels and orderly, considerate, hygienic, really low level of perfumes, non-smoking, well-behaved.
