I am renting out a room in my townhouse of about 13 square meters, located in the quiet area of Svartbäcken with close proximity to the city center, just a 10-minute walk, the university, and Fyrishov with gym and swimming facilities. The area is quiet yet close to everything. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, computer chair, and wardrobe. There is an option to have a private bathroom if interested. A washing machine is available, and access to a laundry room is available in the neighboring house. I, who live here, am a woman in her 60s working as a resident assistant in shifts, and therefore, I am not home for extended periods. I am looking for someone who is orderly and calm, and who can consider staying for the entire autumn semester. There is an option to extend the rental for the entire spring semester as well. I have had several tenants before who have been satisfied, and I am therefore still interested in renting out. Female applicants preferred.
