We rent out our nice newly produced apartment with brand new furniture as we will work abroad indefinitely. A 3-room apartment in central Kungsbacka on the top floor 6/6, with a bus stop 10m away towards the Central Station. This apartment is rented out with a fixed cost per month. Here we are welcomed into an indoor stairwell and take the elevator up to the sixth floor. The front door is then located in front of the elevator exit. We walk in and are immediately greeted by a lovely light from the large windows in the living room with a ceiling height of 2.5m throughout the apartment. At the entrance, there are places to hang coats with a shoe rack and hat shelf. Adjacent to the hall there are also large wardrobes. To the right, we find the apartment's tasteful bathroom. The floor features gray tiles, and the walls are clad in white tiles. There is storage through a mirrored cabinet. The bathroom also includes a shower with curved glass doors, towel warmer, and washer and dryer with work surfaces above. The kitchen has an open plan towards the living room. Here are light walls and ceilings, which together with the large window areas create lovely lighting conditions. The kitchen, which is of the Marbodal brand, has good storage and work surfaces. The kitchen cabinets are white, the work surfaces are gray, and a light marble tile adorns the area above. The appliances include a full-height refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, fan, oven, stove, and microwave at working height. All appliances are in white. The living room has plenty of space and features a large sofa bed from Sweef, with storage and adjustable headrests. On the wall in front hangs a 50-inch Samsung TV with Dolby Atmos 4K including a Samsung sound system. Throughout the entire apartment, there is beautiful wooden flooring. From the living room/kitchen, we reach the apartment's balcony, which has room for outdoor furniture and faces south, with sun most of the day. The balcony overlooks a quiet courtyard. The apartment includes a bedroom and an office. The bedroom has light from the north and plenty of storage with a total of five wardrobes. In total, there are 9 wardrobes throughout the apartment. All wardrobes in the apartment are also from Marbodal, where you can customize the wardrobe interior according to needs. The bedroom also consists of a beige extra-large bed (larger than king size) from Kungssängen with the utmost comfort. 10 m from the building there is a large parking garage with parking for cars, motorcycles, and electric vehicles. Parking is 350 SEK/month and can be purchased additionally. Heating is included in the rent. Electricity, water, and broadband are not included in the rent and average 700 SEK per month and are paid separately.
