Very central. 10 minutes by bus to the sea from Linnéplatsen. Very good communications. The apartment is a large three-room with a balcony. Tenant will have the largest bedroom and access to the entire apartment alone during most of the time as the landlord commutes to Stockholm. There is also a sofa bed for guests to stay overnight. Very nice neighbors. The corner pub Oliven is the gathering place for many in the neighborhood. The room is furnished if the tenant wants: good bed, wardrobe, two dressers, shelves and desk. Internet, electricity, TV included in the rent. One person or possibly a couple according to agreement on rent level.
