I am renting out my 1.5-room apartment in Rosendal from August 10th as I live in Gothenburg and my current tenant has graduated. It is 27 sqm but it also has a sleeping loft of about 12 sqm. One floor up with windows facing the courtyard. Electricity, heating, and water are included in the rent which is 8000 SEK. The association approves leasing on an annual basis so there is a chance for extension even if the contract is signed for one year. One month's rent as a deposit upon moving in. The building is from 2017 and is nicely located next to the city forest but also has a running track, sun terrace, and basketball court on the roof. The building also includes an ICA and Apoteket.
