I am renting out my well-planned studio apartment of 40 m² at Bärnstensvägen 8. The apartment consists of a spacious living room, separate kitchen, hallway, and bathroom, as well as a nice patio. The kitchen, hallway, and bathroom were renovated in 2019, and the living room renovated in 2025. The apartment is rented out fully furnished and is ready to move into. Among other things, it includes a bed, sofa, table and chairs, TV, PlayStation 4, router, fridge and freezer, washing machine, as well as kitchen equipment, crockery, and utensils. Decorations are not included. The rent includes heating, water, electricity, and broadband. The apartment is located in Carlshem, a pleasant area with good bus connections to, among others, the university (10 min) and the city center (15 min). The apartment is available from August 7, 2026, and is rented out for up to one year, with the possibility of extension. A maximum of two people can live in the apartment. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed indoors. I am renting out the apartment because I am moving to Västerås and am therefore looking for a responsible and accountable tenant who will take good care of the apartment and its furnishings. References, as well as proof of employment, studies, or income, may be requested. The rental is subject to the approval of the housing association.
