We are renting out our furnished house in Röetved, about 20 minutes by car from Kristianstad. The house is around 195 square meters with five rooms and is rented out indefinitely, with a view to the summer of 2027, but possibly longer. This is a home for those who appreciate peace, nature and plenty of space. It is secluded with no nearby neighbors. We bought the house because there is very little traffic noise, it is rural and close to a nice forest for walking, running and exercise. For minor shopping, Arkelstorp is nearby, while Kristianstad offers all the services, commerce and communications one might need. The house is well-functioning, charming and a bit unusual, with a very large and unique living room, fireplace in the living room, and an old wood-fired stove in the kitchen. Modern kitchen equipment is of course also available. There is also a projector, piano, pump organ and steam sauna in the shower. The glazed terrace is very nice and extends the time you can eat your meals, or work, with nature around you. The heating of the house will take place with a brand new air-water heat pump that is efficient and requires minimal maintenance. An old pellet system remains as a backup or alternative. There are 4 double mattresses in different places. We ourselves sleep on the floor with our small children, but if you want a raised bed, there is a BRIMNES bed frame with storage and a headboard in King Size (180x200cm). We have a stable internet subscription of 500/500 Mbit/s and it has been used without problems for remote work. The house is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and there is plenty of storage space as well as generous parking opportunities for several cars, guests and trailers. The kitchen also has a microwave oven, large fridge and freezer, espresso machine, etc. The large garden provides plenty of space for relaxation and play. For children, there is a playhouse, trampoline and sandbox. We have a view over a horse paddock and it enhances the outdoor experience in the summer. At a short distance, there are bathing lakes, beech forests, hiking areas and excursions such as Balsberget, Kjugekull, Ivösjön, Wanås Konst and Bäckaskog Castle. Within about 35–50 minutes you can also reach Åhus and Yngsjö’s long sandy beaches by the Baltic Sea. In winter, there is skiing in Vånga, Kristianstad's water kingdom, ice skating and opportunities for winter swimming and spa in Åhus. This is a home for someone who appreciates silence, nature, space and a more rural life. A car is needed for most everyday activities. For those who need a car, a separate and favorable arrangement with our automatic car might be discussed. Electricity and heating are added according to actual consumption. Fiber, furniture and parking are included. The house has everything you need for an easy move-in and start of residence, but if you want to bring some own furniture it is okay. We are looking for a responsible tenant who wants to take good care of the house and appreciates a quiet and nature-close living. The exact rental start can be somewhat flexible as per agreement.
