Very nice and well-planned studio of 29 sqm centrally located in Slottshöjden is available for rent from the first of September to at least the end of March, possibly a couple more months. The moving out date is therefore negotiable :) Here you are 10 minutes on foot to the city center and the sea. The grocery store Coop is a couple of minutes away, and past the grocery store is the very nice café Two Sisters in the north. You are also very close to the bus stop with several different bus lines. The apartment is rented out fully furnished, but if the tenant wishes to bring some of their own furniture, that is fine. The apartment is on the second floor. It has a French balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower, and a 120 cm bed. You can park on the street outside. It is 7 days parking and depending a bit on when you arrive and need to park, it usually isn't a problem to find a spot. Next door in the stairs is the laundry room. The rent includes heating, water, and Wifi. Smoking is not allowed. The apartment is rented to a tenant with a stable monthly income, has no payment issues, and can provide good references.
