We are renting out our fully furnished house in central Svedala while we are abroad, from September 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027. The house is located near Svedala station, with good train connections to Malmö, Lund, and Copenhagen. We only rent to a couple or a family looking for a spacious and comfortable home in a quiet area. Rental conditions: For those renting the house for the entire six-month period, the rent is 30,000 kronor per month. Our westie can stay in the house for the entire period. For a couple or a family with good experience with westies, or similar terrier dogs, and without children under 10 years of age, the rent is reduced to 20,000 kronor per month. The tenant must then take full responsibility for the dog throughout the entire period, which includes daily walks, feeding, supervision, and a safe and responsible care. The reduced rents of 20,000 and 30,000 kronor per month apply only for renting during the entire period, from September 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027. For shorter rental periods, the rent is 45,000 kronor per month. The house is rented fully furnished. Smoking and parties are not allowed. We are looking for responsible and reliable tenants who take good care of the residence and, if the dog stays, also of him. Home insurance, references, and an orderly financial situation are required.
