Trollsjövägen, Saltsjö-boo

The house is 25 square meters with a spacious sleeping alcove of about 6 square meters where you can fit a double bed if you want. Otherwise, the house is rented unfurnished so you can use your own furniture. The house faces a small forest lake that is located in a nature reserve. The nature in the surrounding area is very beautiful and above all, it is peaceful and quiet. You just need to open the 3-meter wide sliding door to the large terrace and you're right in nature. The bathroom is fully tiled with underfloor heating. It accommodates a shower, toilet, washbasin, and washing machine. The entire house is heated with water-based underfloor heating. Heating, hot water, and household electricity are included in the rent. There are built-in spotlights throughout the house. Large terraces at different levels around the entire house allow you to catch the sun wherever it is at the moment. You also get access to about 500 square meters of the plot facing the nature reserve. Well-equipped kitchen with built-in dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and oven, as well as a 60 cm induction hob. The area Southern Lännersta is very popular due to its fantastic location near the sea, several good schools, and proximity to Stockholm City. The villa area is excellent for those who want to live centrally but also close to nature. Here you can take long walks along Baggensstäket and at the same time pause to read about when the Russians tried to invade Stockholm in 1719, when they attempted to enter via this route. In central Lännersta, a stone's throw from this home, there is also Bagarsjön. There you can cool off in the summer at the public swimming beach. Here, in winter, you can also skate on the plowed track that goes around the entire lake. Close to the home is also the popular Boobadet where you can swim from the cliffs or from the small enclosed sandy beach. The bath has been recently refreshed and has a nice playground.
