Room in apartment · 5 rooms · 1 bedroom · 99 m²

Furnished

Hej, I'll be gone for the whole of september and offering my 11 sqm fully furnished room in our two person shared flat (99 sqm in total). You'll be living togehter with Isabel (35 yo), who briefly describes herself in the following: You’ll have the apartment to yourself about half the time. In a typical week I’m in Uppsala 3 or 4 nights and I’m away most weekends, as I spend a lot of time in Stockholm with my partners. Even though I’m not home that much, it’s important to me that the apartment feels like a shared home and that we have similar ideas about co-living: • I’m a fairly tidy person and like to keep the apartment clean, calm, and cozy • Friends and partners are very welcome to visit! At the same time, I value good sleep and usually get up early, so quiet evenings and nights are important About the apartment Shared spaces include a large living area, a modern kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, two balconies, and a small extra room that could work well as a home office or guest room. The apartment comes with a storage and bike room. If you need a bike, you can have mine for the time you are living here. The rent is 8000sek including all utilities. If this sounds like a good fit, please reach out and tell me a bit about yourself :)
