Renting out my fully furnished apartment in one of the most attractive areas of Örebro - Öster/Central. The apartment has high ceilings, nice light influx with large windows, and a pleasant layout that gives a spacious and airy feeling. Only about 1 km to central Örebro and 2 km to the University. In the vicinity, there are several grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, Wadköping, Stadsparken, and Behrn Arena. You live here within walking distance to most things. The apartment is rented out due to studies in another location. Moving in takes place from the end of August/beginning of September (exact dates are flexible). The rental period is up until summer, with good possibilities for extension. The rent includes everything - electricity, broadband/internet, and all furniture so you can just move in. A contract will be signed digitally via Qasa and in paper form to be submitted to ÖBO. To rent the apartment, income and valid home insurance need to be verified.
