Ekebergabacken, Farsta

Notice: This is a youth apartment. According to the landlord's rules, the person renting must be under 25 years old at the time of contract signing. Unfortunately, applications from individuals who do not meet this requirement cannot be considered. I am going to cohabit with my partner temporarily and am therefore renting out my beautiful apartment in Farsta for one year with the possibility of extension. Ekebergabacken is located in a green and charming area close to swimming, kayaking, and ice skating in Drevviken. It is about a 10-minute walk to the Farsta center subway station. The apartment building was constructed in 2021 and is in very good condition. There is a laundry room, a recycling room, and a bicycle room. The apartment is on the 13th floor with a beautiful view over Drevviken. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, and freezer. A microwave will also be available. The apartment is 28 square meters and is perfect as a start apartment upon moving to Stockholm. The rent includes heating, hot water, and electricity. The apartment is rented furnished with a sofa bed, dining table with chairs, bookshelf, and TV bench.
