My wife and I have an apartment in Kista center, a 5-minute walk from the subway and bus station. We have a rental part of about 20 sqm with a private entrance, a window facing the yard that lets light into the room. There is a private shower, toilet, and small kitchenette, where it is possible to heat food. The room is furnished with a bed, sofa, wardrobe, refrigerator, and microwave. The room is newly renovated and painted on the third of four floors. It is a quiet and nice area where it is pleasant to live. Internet and electricity are included in the rent, which is 7000 kr. We want to rent to a calm and non-smoking female student who is well-behaved and wants to live alone.
