TV in two rooms (65 inches in the living room). You just need to move in. The house is located just over 1 km from Umeå hospital/university in Sofiehem. Brand new bathroom with tiles/clinker and underfloor heating. A sauna is being built next to the bathroom now which will hopefully be ready by the autumn. The house has a patio on two sides with outdoor furniture. Two bedrooms (one of which is newly renovated) along with a living room and kitchen with an open floor plan. Large fridge and freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Laundry room and storage in the basement. The apartment is on the ground floor (there is one more apartment on the upper floor). We are looking for someone who wants to live in our house while we are away. A couple, a single person, family, or 2-3 students would fit well.
