It's a really nice place with: 2 bedrooms (you get the bigger one!) — 2 toilets — a sunny living room (also my coworking spot during the day) — a huge terrace for coffee, chilling, or plants 🌿 It's located in a central neighborhood, just 2 metro stops from Central Station, with 2 tram lines stopping nearby. It's well connected and has some really pretty views. Hey, I'm Maria! I'm 30 and work in tech, so I'm usually working from home. I lead a pretty balanced life — social, sporty, but also grounded in routines and quiet moments. I'm easygoing, liberal, agnostic. You'll be sharing the home with Akira, my super friendly dog — you'll absolutely love her. This apartment works best for someone with a communal, sharing mindset — think the occasional dinner together, maybe some sporty activities, or just coworking in the living room during the day and hanging out in the evening. What I'm looking for: a good overall vibe and someone comfortable sharing the space this way, for a minimum of 4–6 months. Decent English level of speaking. A bit about me: my hobbies include cycling, strength training, climbing (new one for me;) being outdoors, walks, cooking, dancing and singing.
