You will share a kitchen, furnished hall, toilet, and shower room with washing machine with another who lives on the same floor. You also have access to a lovely garden with a barbecue area and sauna. The bus stop is right outside and it is 10 minutes to shops and train. It's 20 minutes by train to Umeå and a bit more by bus. In Vännäs, about 4500 people live in the urban area. Here are training facilities, a film studio, shops, a ski slope, an ice rink, a high school, etc. The rent of 3600 SEK includes electricity, hot water, and wi-fi.
