Looking for female tenant only for a furnished room in a shared apartment. Children present in the apartment. I'm checking the interest in renting out a furnished room (approximately 12 m²). The apartment is a nice 3-room apartment at 85 m². The room is equipped with a bed and a dresser. Can be equipped with more furniture if desired. The apartment has both a balcony and a patio and is located in a quiet and safe area close to a nature reserve, exercise trails, and two lakes, perfect for walks or runs. There is a gym, sauna, and grill that you have access to. My 3-year-old boy and I live here today, who is with me 50% of the time. Therefore, I am looking for someone calm, friendly, and who likes children. It is also important that you use respectful language at home. Good communications with both the red line of the subway, buses, and commuter trains. Easy to get to the city center, university, and police academy. A small square with a grocery store, pizzeria, and sushi restaurant is less than a 5-minute walk away. I prefer that you work or study during the day.
