Renting out my rental apartment in Lund because I am moving to Jönköping. The apartment has a great location with only a 5-minute walk to the central station and 10 minutes to the city center. Initially, you can rent for 6 months, with the possibility of an additional 6 months after that. Electricity consumption is not included in the rent; electricity is paid separately after the bill arrives. You have to set up the internet yourself when you move in. The apartment will be rented out unfurnished and a move-out cleaning is booked before moving in.
