Hello and welcome to rent my apartment! It was renovated in 2017, has high ceilings (2.70) with a fresh bathroom and dishwasher. The apartment is rented out sparsely furnished (bed, frame with storage, and TV). Parking space for about 550 SEK, there may be a queue but residential parking is also available in the area. The hospital is located 2 minutes away on foot, the college 13 minutes city center 17 minutes (5 by bike) and bus to Sandviken 25 minutes and stops just outside the door. Electricity, heating, and broadband are included. I am renting out indefinitely, and the longer you want to rent the better. I prefer if you are non-smoking.
