Renting out my apartment, a furnished one-bedroom of 52 square meters in Salabacke. There is a dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment. There is also a laundry room and gym in the building. Approximately 2km to the central station. The rent is 10,000 SEK which includes electricity, heating, water, and internet. There is a possibility to apply for parking. Move in as soon as possible, but no earlier than August 5th. The apartment is for sale, so there will be viewings during the time you live there. We will sign a contract for one year, but if it is sold, there is at least two months' notice. One month's rent as a deposit.
