Well-planned 1-bedroom apartment on the second floor in the residential area Kungsängen/Industristaden which I am renting out due to studies in another location. The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen is very well-equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and practically all conceivable kitchen equipment. Open floor plan towards the living room where there is a larger balcony facing the courtyard. Further, there is a bedroom with a large double bed and a fresh bathroom with a washer and dryer. The area is a couple of minutes' walk from both the city center and Fyrisån. Some of the pictures were taken at different times, hence the somewhat inconsistent furnishings.
