Storgatan 80c – Unique 17th-century house in the heart of Ängelholm One of the city's oldest houses, now completely renewed Welcome to a house with soul and history. Storgatan 80c dates back to 1624 and is one of the oldest preserved houses in Ängelholm – a timber-framed house deeply rooted in the city's history. Today, the venerable exterior meets a thoroughly renovated interior, where old roof beams, bricks, and wooden floors interact with modern comfort. Tranquility in the middle of town The house is set back in a protected courtyard and is not visible from the street – here you live in the center of Ängelholm but sheltered from the city's noise, in a green and private oasis. Charm meets history Behind the blue front door, you are greeted by sturdy, dark-stained roof beams, exposed brick, and an open floor plan in the living room and kitchen – with wonderful ceiling height and light streaming in through several windows. The house is furnished and tastefully decorated. Kitchen and dining area The kitchen has rural charm in yellow with mullioned glass cabinets, a dishwasher, and plenty of workspace – and a separate small cast-iron/stove space nestled in the original brick chimney, with space for classic cooking. The dining area easily accommodates six people under beautiful pendant lamps. Sleeping areas and loft Via an open ladder, you reach the loft, where sloping white-painted walls and dark beams frame several charming sleeping areas – including a spacious bedroom with a double bed and views over the red brick roofs of neighboring houses, as well as additional sleeping possibilities in the attic space. Bathroom The house has a bathroom with a shower corner and toilet, as well as a separate area with a washing machine and the possibility to hang laundry. Outdoor Behind the house is a protected, green patio with a wooden deck, climbing plants, and space for a barbecue evening – a real oasis in the city, far from prying eyes. Parking Two parking spaces are included, placed in front of the house. Location A fantastic location – walking distance to Hembygdsparken, about a 20-minute walk to the beach, and a stone's throw from the popular walking path along Rönneå. Restaurants, shops, and Ängelholm's cozy city center are just around the corner. Rent and period The rent is **16,000 SEK/month. Water and two parking spaces are included in the rent. Heating, household electricity, and internet are the tenant's responsibility. A deposit equivalent to **one month's rent** is required. The house is rented out until the end of **July next year**, as we take over the house ourselves during July and August. After that, it is again available for rent.
