The two-room apartment with a separate entrance on the ground floor of this villa, measuring 60 sqm, is now being rented out, with the earliest possible move-in date. As the tenant, you will have a bedroom, a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer, an open floor plan between the living room and kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher included), and a patio. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The rent includes electricity, heating, and water. Internet/broadband is not included. The apartment is located at one end of the quiet residential area on Gärdsåsgatan, where only line vehicles/other vehicles with a specific permit are allowed to drive on the street. Right outside the house is a bus stop, where Västtrafik operates frequent trips (between 06–01 on weekdays and 06–03 on weekends). If you have your car instead, there is the possibility to park for free along the street.
