Pleasant partially furnished room of about 10 sqm for rent in a three-room apartment. The room also includes a walk-in closet that provides extra storage space. The apartment is located in a quiet area, only a 7-minute walk from Frölunda Torg with very good communication (trams and buses), shops, restaurants, and health centers. Kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared with me, a tidy 65-year-old woman living alone. Rent: 5500 SEK and the rental period is until 2027-05-30, electricity and internet are included in the rent. The deposit is one month's rent. I am looking for a calm and responsible and non-smoking WOMAN (preferably students). Pets are not allowed.
