Why I am renting out The property has a separate rental unit that is not used by the household. I am looking for a tidy and long-term rental relationship, and the studio apartment is well suited for commuters or one to two people in steady employment. Electricity is included in the rent until a separate electricity meter is installed for the studio apartment. From the time the meter is put into operation, the tenant covers their own electricity consumption based on meter readings, in addition to the rent.
