Equally close to large green areas. 10 minutes by tram to the Central Station. A dog is present in the home. Smokers are not considered. The rent includes internet, electricity, water, heating, cleaning of common areas, and consumables such as toilet paper and dish soap. If you are interested in keeping my dog company on weekdays and possibly taking a few lunch walks, the rent will be reduced by agreement.
