Hello You have your own room of 15+ sqm in co-living 5 min near LTH, IDEON, and Lund University (10 min for some areas) Two different rooms with move-in from September 1 (possibly earlier) are available. Besides your room, you have access to the living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and patio. The house is a newly built passive house 2026 (various things are now completed by this fall), which creates an even temperature year-round. The house is also designed for human health, which means more ventilation than normal, sound insulation, and material choices that do not mold or emit toxins. Everything is included in the rent, such as electricity, water, fast fiber, and heating. Cleaning of shared areas is scheduled in pairs by the residents where the next pair approves or, if desired, one can pay for hired personnel. To live in the house, an interview is conducted to ensure at least that one can live together with other people. Exactly what will be arranged and happen in the co-living is up to all of us living there. However, we have the ambition to make it a legendary :) interesting place to live!
