I am temporarily moving to another location and during this time (from August until June 2027) I am renting out my apartment. The end time of the rental period can be discussed. The apartment is well located in upper Vasastaden with a fantastic view over Linköping from the 13th floor of one of Linköping's tallest buildings. The apartment is 33 square meters and has a large room with an integrated kitchen area and a toilet/shower equipped with a combined washing machine and dryer. The apartment is rented out furnished with a living room area, a dining table, and a 120 cm bed (there is a simpler mattress topper if you do not want to get your own). Kitchenware is also included. Note! The desk visible in the picture I am taking with me. You who rent should be orderly, pet and smoke-free, and not have any payment remarks. The apartment is rented to 1 person. From the apartment, it is about a 5-minute bike ride to the city center, just over 10 minutes to the university, just over 10 minutes to the University Hospital (US), and walking distance to the central station. Included in the rent: Electricity, water, heating, and broadband (50/10 Mbit/s) Storage in the basement Dishwasher Washing machine/dryer (laundry room is also in the basement) Access to the rooftop terrace I am looking for a tenant with a steady income or a serious student with a study certificate.
