There is also access to a swimming pool during the period the heat pump is on. On the terrace immediately outside there is a garden table and chairs. Söndrum is located between Halmstad center and Tylösand. The accommodation is about 250 meters from the sandy beach. To the center, it is 4.5-5 km by bike or car. To the nearest bus stop, it is about 600 meters. Nearby there is a grocery store, bakery, Thai restaurant, sushi restaurant, wraps and salads, pizzeria, pharmacy, health center, etc. The accommodation is well suited for those who study, for commuters or someone else looking for temporary accommodation. We preferably rent out from mid-August to May with the possibility of rent-free during the Christmas and New Year holidays. The rent is a total rent.
