We rent out our holiday home for a longer period! The house is a detached single-story house, next to a nature reserve in Farhult, Höganäs municipality. The house's standard is in excellent condition and is rented furnished. The kitchen is newly built and equipped with a microwave, induction stove, and dishwasher. There are two newly built bathrooms in the house with toilet, sink, shower, washing machine, dryer, and underfloor heating. Bedroom 1: 2x105 cm beds and 3 m closet wall. Bedroom 2: 1x160 cm bed and two closets. Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds (total 4 sleeping places) and 2 m closet wall. Additionally, there is a walk-in closet/storage room indoors with an extra refrigerator. Besides this, there is a large dining area, a spacious living room with a ping pong table, and a conservatory. Parking is available in the carport on the property and on the street outside. The rent refers to cold rent. There are additional costs for operations such as heating, electricity, water, sanitation, and internet (fiber is available). The house is electrically heated with air-to-air heat pump and radiators. All windows are new and the water heater is also brand new - which means a significant reduction in the house's energy consumption. The tenant signs their own agreements for electricity and internet. Costs for water, sanitation, and insurance are paid continuously to the landlord. The house is located about 300 m from the sea with proximity to fantastic nature!
