The apartment is located right by the bus stop 'Ursvik' or a 5-minute walk to the bus stop 'Skrivargatan', which takes about 8 minutes to Hallonbergen, 4 minutes to Rissne, and from all the aforementioned stations it takes about 10-13 minutes to the T-central. The apartment is located in a quiet newly built area just next to the villa area and grocery stores as well as restaurants. Water and heating are included in the rent. The apartment will be unfurnished, and the rental applies from September 1, 2026, until further notice, at least 1 year. A deposit will be taken at the rental.
