There is now an opportunity to rent our cozy and well-maintained house in Kårnäs, at the southernmost tip of Ljusterö, for about 10 months. Here, you live close to the sea, bathing, and nature on a private plot of approximately 1,900 sqm with a sea view – a perfect home for anyone seeking tranquility and archipelago life. Ljusterö is serviced year-round by a free car ferry, and a grocery store is open all year round. The house is rented furnished and offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, air heat pump, stove, sauna, garage, parking facilities, and fiber included in the rent. The large garden and natural plot offer plenty of space for relaxation and outdoor living, with proximity to swimming, boating, and nice walking paths. Fiber and the peaceful environment make the house well-suited for remote work or studying from home. The guest house is not included in the rental, but it can be rented separately for those who wish for more sleeping places. The house's only bathroom and toilet are located on the ground floor and accessed via a narrow spiral staircase. Therefore, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or those who need more accessible housing. It is about 2 km to the nearest bus stop. A private car is recommended. The rental period is about 10 months. Fiber and waste collection are included in the rent, while electricity is paid by the tenant as per usage. We are looking for a calm and responsible tenant with a stable economy and experience living in a house. Since we live abroad during the rental period, it is important that you are practical, independent and can take care of the house and the plot with care. Pets are welcome upon agreement, and we wish for a non-smoking environment.
