The area is called Eriksfält/Malmö, and it is a 10-minute bike ride to the city center. The apartment is intended for 1-2 people, and those who want to rent it should be pet and smoke-free. The rent is 10,000 SEK excluding electricity. The apartment is available from August 1, 2026. Those who want to rent the apartment must have a stable financial situation, no payment defaults, a reference, and an extract from the police register. Please call preferably after 10 AM. A deposit of 20,000 SEK is required (i.e., two months' rent), and parking is free on the street.
