Hello, I am renting to one person. I have a bright three-room apartment of 86 square meters with a glazed balcony, modern kitchen, and bathroom. Since I myself commute weekly from Gothenburg and am often away, I am rarely home and therefore plan to rent out the apartment as a two-room apartment. I keep one bedroom and am there on weekends and sometimes on weekdays when I am free. You rent the other bedroom with a 120 cm bed, desk, and bookshelves. You have free access to the rest of the apartment, which consists of a 52 square meter open kitchen, dining area, and living room. The location is very good next to Chalmers, sports track, gym, and restaurants with cycling distance to most places and the bus stop on the other side of the road.
