I am looking for a calm and orderly tenant who can move in as soon as possible, and for a year forward, with the possibility of extension provided that the housing association's approval can be extended. The apartment is a bright and well-planned studio of 24 sqm with plenty of storage space and is suitable for one person. It has a practical loft bed (140 cm) and is otherwise furnished according to the pictures, including a sofa, coffee table, clothes rack, dining table, and storage. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. NB! Crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, and other kitchen utensils are not included. Rent: 10,000 SEK/month, which includes heating, water, electricity, and broadband. The tenant must provide their own home insurance. The apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant area between Midsommarkransen and Telefonplan, close to green areas, cozy cafes and restaurants, gyms, libraries, and several grocery stores – including a small Coop right outside the door. The subway (red line) is about 700 meters from the residence, making it easy to reach central Stockholm in about 10–15 minutes. There are also good bus connections to the commuter train station in Älvsjö, which can be reached in about 15 minutes. I am looking for a pet- and smoke-free tenant with stable finances and good references from previous residences.
