Please read the entire text before writing :) I’m renting out my lovely one-bedroom apartment (43 sqm) at Lidnersplan starting October 4 (earlier not possible) until May 4 (7 months, might be possible to extend the contract) to a responsible couple or someone aged 27+ who lives a calm life and knows how to take good care of a home. That means: cleaning properly and thoroughly every week, being able to cleanse pipes in bathroom or kitchen if necessary, knows how to change a bulb or other easy fixes that might need to be done every now and then. If you like procrastinating, building up dirt and dust for weeks before cleaning, having people over, hosting dinners and parties, I’m sure there’s a better apartment for you out there <3 - Rent: 15.000 SEK/month, all included - Fully furnished (160 cm bed) - 5-minute walk to Kristineberg metro station & COOP, Pizzeria and Thai restaurant. - 10 minutes to ICA Maxi & Hornsbergs Strand with plenty of restaurants and cafés on one side and Fredhäll on the other - 50 meters to the water, seaside promenade, and parks If you’re interested, please write a bit about yourself, what you work with, interests and why you’re looking for a place :) I will contact the ones I seem fit to schedule a video call as a first step and then move on to viewings.
