Hey, I'm sublenting my room for autumn 2026 and spring 2027 in Kamppi (located between Ruoholahti and Kamppi metro stations). 15th Sept - 31st May. Kamppi metro station: 5 minutes - 7 and 9 tram stop: 1 min. The size of the room is around 16m² and it has big windows placing to the street. The rent is 530 € / month (covering the rent, water and the furniture) and in addition there will be common costs from 20-50 euros / month depending on what we need in the flat (electricity approx. 10 euros, internet approx. 6e and household supplies). The room is furnished (inc. a bed 120cm, a closet with a lot of hangers and two baskets, a desk, a chair, a laundry basket, an armchair and TV with a small drawer where I would probably store some of my stuff). The plants can stay in the room if you want some green in there or I can relocate them somewhere else. :) Currently, all the flatmates are women in their thirties. The home, is peaceful, calm and clean. If you would like to share some time together but also have your own quiet space, welcome! At home we speak in English. Rent deposit is 950€.
