A two-story villa 500m from the sea with a large plot and several parking spaces, one of which is an electric space. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, playgrounds, outdoor gym, the canal, swimming spots, and preschool as well as school. Terrace with 10+ seating and grill, and for the garden enthusiast, there are flower beds, a greenhouse, berry bushes, and fruit trees. You have access to the entire accommodation, which has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, wood-burning stove, and year-round standard. There are several games, books, and sports and activity equipment that can accompany the house. Upstairs there is a new 65-inch Smart TV, downstairs there is a TV in the kitchen and in a bedroom. The house has wifi included. Everything except electricity and firewood is included in the rent; if you fire at regular intervals, the heat pump doesn't draw much energy. I'm renting out as I work in Stockholm and don't yet have the opportunity to move down permanently. I grew up in the house, and the neighbors are the nicest you can imagine. If you wish to rent for several years, including the summer period, we can draft the agreement to make you feel secure in building a life in Grundsund. Pets are allowed.
