Welcome to Vålerenga, a peaceful and pleasant neighborhood with Vålerenga Park as a close neighbor. First and foremost, I should clarify that wet rooms and water and sewage systems will undergo a complete renovation from October to December throughout the entire cooperative. The work is estimated to take up to 5 weeks per apartment. During this period, the apartment will be available, but with a provisional solution for toilet and shower. During this period, it can be discussed whether there should be a reduction in rent. Otherwise, the apartment is furnished, but without a TV. Internet is included in the rent. Electricity is excluded. Buses 37, 100, and 110 stop at the bus stop Etterstadgata, 3 minutes walk from the residence, with good connections to the city center and to Lillestrøm in the opposite direction. Bus 20 takes you from Galgeberg through the city to Skøyen. The subway from Ensjø is just a few minutes walk away. I have lived in the apartment myself for a year and have enjoyed it very much. So I hope someone else can enjoy it too. NOTE: In the ad on Finn, it states that there is a balcony/terrace. This is not correct. There is an error in the system between Qasa and Finn.
