Hello! I am looking for someone who wants to live in my cozy studio apartment in Tyresö while I study in South Korea for seven months. It is 28 m², built in 2018, and super fresh on the top floor. Rented furnished (bed, table, chairs, dresser, storage). Dishwasher and washer-dryer combo available. Tenant must be well-behaved and non-smoking. Bus stop right outside the window, making getting to the city super easy. Move-in on August 20th (rented until February 28th, 2027 with the possibility of extension as I haven't decided how long I want to study). The rent is 6590 SEK per month. This does not include electricity/water. It averages over 620 SEK per month, depending on consumption of course, so these can be swished separately monthly. The same applies to the internet, which costs 349 SEK per month and is to be swished separately. Send a message if interested or if you know someone who would take good care of my gem!
