I am renting out my lovely 40 sqm one-room apartment in Strömmensberg as my partner and I will be traveling until next summer. It's a very cozy apartment in a charming association with heritage buildings, beautiful views, and allotments directly opposite. The association is calm and pleasant and has several good common areas such as a sauna, gym, hobby room, guest apartment, and club room. When I bought the apartment five years ago, we renovated the kitchen in a style that matches the house's period feel very well with beadboard, paneled doors, and limestone countertops. We also exposed the beautiful wooden floors in the kitchen and hall and built a custom-made wardrobe in the hall to improve storage. The kitchen also has a practical pantry. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The combined living room and bedroom are very easy to settle into. There is a large bed (so it's fine for two to live), sofa, lots of closet storage, 70-inch TV, Sonos sound system, piano, and a small desk. It is also here that you have the best view extending from Munkebäck to Partille. The apartment is rented out furnished. Since it is a condominium and the rental is furnished, the rent corresponds to my costs. Härlanda stop is the closest, and from there, you can easily reach the rest of the city. Parking on the street below is free. If you like nature, Härlanda Tjärn, Skatås, and Delsjön are nearby, perfect for walks, runs, or a swim.
